

You'll need for each treat:
1 scoop ice cream
1 ice cream cone
whipped cream ( a can is easiest to use)
1 maraschino cherry
2 chocolate chips
2 round peppermint candies
some coconut
Put one big scoop of ice cream on the cone
Lay the cone and ice cream on a plate with the cone tip facing away from you ( The ice cream will be Santa's face,
the cone is his hat.)
Use whipped cream to make Santa's beard,
decorate the edge of his hat and make
the pompom on the tip of his hat.
Use chocolate chips for eyes, the peppermint
candies for his cheeks, the cherry for his mouth
and coconut to decorate the pompom on his hat!

You'll need
1/3 cup softened butter
1/3 cup light corn syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 box powdered sugar, sifted into a bowl
Blend the butter, corn syrup, vanilla and salt
in a big bowl.
Mix with a spoon, then with your hands.
Divide the dough into two parts.
( you can add food coloring and 1/2 teaspoon
maple, peppermint or other flavoring to each half of the dough.
Keep mixing the candy until it is smooth.
On a cutting board or counter, role into a long roll.
Pinch off bite sized pieces and shape them anyway you want.
Let harden and EAT!

You'll need:
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup corn syrup
1 1/2 cup non-fat milk solids (dried - no liquid)
1 1/4 cup powdered sugar - sift then measure
1. Mix everything together in a big bowl.
2. Roll into balls. optional: peanuts or chocolate jimmies
You can put a peanut inside the balls or roll the balls in the jimmies.
